Try the Pilatyx® Reformer Board at home for up to 100 days from delivery. If it isn't for you, contact us and we'll refund you in full — no quibbles.
How to start a return
- Message us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for return (a reason helps us improve, but isn't required for a refund).
- We'll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with your return instructions and return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you as soon as it's processed.
Please return items in their original packaging where possible, with all included accessories (knee mat, resistance bands, push-up attachments, stopwatch timer). Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged — in which case we cover it.
365-Day Warranty
Every Pilatyx® board is covered by a 365-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If your board develops a fault in normal use within a year, contact us via the contact page and we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 100-day guarantee sits on top of your statutory rights and does not affect them.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll put it right immediately with a replacement or full refund — you won't be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.
