Products & accuracy

We make every effort to display our products, pricing and availability accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information at any time. Colours may render slightly differently depending on your screen.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in the checkout currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Delivery, returns & warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, our 100-day money-back guarantee and the 365-day warranty are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Health & safe use

The Pilatyx® Reformer Board is exercise equipment. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. Always use the board on a stable, non-slip surface and follow the included instructions. Exercise carries inherent risk; train within your limits.

All content on this site — text, images, video, branding and the Pilatyx® name and logo — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
